Provided by YPmobileI dont really know who these guys are. We call our insurance and a pair of unprofessional men show up in an almost unmarked ford pickup with a little toy light on top and refuse to change our tire. Had to wait another hour for someone else to help us. They clearly are not a towing company, because they have no license number on the side like all tow companies have. I was happy with the other company that showed up. (Name withheld) and i will request them next time i am stranded.
Hi Dear Customer, Im sorry but you have the wrong Auto Rescue...my auto rescue does not have a ford truck and i have a hight rate of customer satisfaction...i think i know which company you are talking about and they do seem to perform very badly. Currently i am the only one running service right now and if i had run into to you i would have known and i have not denied any one service yet. im sorry that you had that experience but please keep my company in mind...mine is Eastbay Auto Rescue
