I called my home warranty company because I had a problem with my disposal and water heater.i received a call from Easterday plumbing right after EASTER.
they came out the same day and fixed the problem.my wife was please with Colby ,who was our service tech. he was professional and prompted and also knowledgable in what he was doing.....thank you, for getting the job done right.

Home Warranty when we bought our Condo. We had a plumbing problem (water was leaking at our water heater). They were wonderful! They got out here right away & fixed it speedily & correctly! Tim was the repair mans name & he was wonderful! Good Job & I would recommend them highly! Ms. Fortson

horrible work - got work done on Thursday - went away for the weekend --- leak on the same pipe by Monday - Easterday wants to claim it's a new leak and want to me to pay for another service call--- would have been nice if they inspected the entire pipe and shored it up when they were here - PVC is cheap - my service call was $85 and a $10 trip fee - they stayed maybe 15 minutes?

I would suggest going with another company. More professional and actually a company that listens to what you are asking. I asked for them to come out for an estimate for a leak in the bathroom. Instead of doing an estimate, they fixed the problem without our approval. They then decided to continue to charge full price because they keep claiming that's what I asked for. This company does not listen, this was not an emergency service, we just wanted pricing and this is not the first time they came to work on the same sink. They knew the protocol.

Easterday Plumbing handles all the plumbing needs for the properties I manage. They consistently go above and beyond the service I expected. They give an estimate prior to the work being done and rarely is it much more than the estimate. I highly recommend them!!!!
