Terrible customer service. Called on Dec 26, 2017 for a fill-up and didn't get service until Jan 20, 2018. In spite of repeated calls and the fact that we had no propane during a severe cold snap, the supervisor was absolutely disinterested in helping and usually I couldn't even get through to anyone. Never use this company. They are rude and unreliable. Use this company only if you want poor service, lame excuses, and have no need to keep warm in winter!

Very disappointed in their service still waiting on the propane I ordered and paid for on 1-2-2018 I had 30 percent now I have zero propane I am still waiting for them to deliver it I understand we had some inclement weather but that was on the 9 th this is the 20 th having to heat my home with electric heaters to keep warm they did not return my calls and I am beginning to wonder if they are going to bring it.
