I called on a Saturday, and asked if they would sell me, tail pipe,

11" long with a tapered I/8" flange, 3'' in diamiator.. They said no problem, come in and will take care of me. Made on the spot. Very few muffler shops will sell anything without you having it repaired there. Nice!!!

Whomever is in charge of the Gresham store is a hot head. DO NOT GO THERE

HE WILL JUST ARGUE AND EXPLAIN THAT YOU KNOW NOTHING.

I have taken my car here for years and always had a great experience.

EDs muffler is definitelly not out there to help you but squeez every last dollar out of you they can.. I went in to get four short pieces of scrap tubing. On the phone they seemed nice and helpfull. They told me it would be 14 dollars. When I got there they grabbed a couple of pipes from the scrap bin and told me it would be fifty dollars. after I told them I was told 14 dollars, one of the workers went in and talked to the head man. then came back out and told me 25. I thought that was okay for the four small pieces. But then I was advised to only use two pieces. so I didnt get the other two and when I went to pay for it they wouldnt let me pay any less than the 25 dollars...I figured since I was a highschool student just getting my truck on the road they might help me out..BUT I WAS WRONG. THEY JUST SQUEEZED EVERY DOLLAR OUT OF ME THAT THEY COULD.and after a call back to them to see if maybe they would bend it for me since they ripped me off the first time I was treated extremely r

Do not believe in the lies! Will have you sign and agree to do work then make every excuse not to warranty anything. I went in for a catalytic converter and after agreeing to a price and a one year warranty, they did the work. After the work was done I was told they will not honer the warranty. Got the speech that he has a degree and was made to feel stupid. Will NOT go back. WORST experience EVER

Eds mufflers lie about honesty.They don't stand by there warranty. They try to get you to forget about the problem, till they find away to worm there way out of warranty.Do to this last experience,after being a customer for the last 10 years.I will not be going back to Ed'S MUFFLERS ever.
