I called afterhours to service my furnace that just stopped working on a cold winter night. I just had surgery and really needed heat in the house. Joe came in a timely manner and was very professional. My furnace is fixed and I am very happy with the company. Thank You.

Look for a real plumer, not recommended. They over charged and caused more cost in damages then the work they did. A year later and I have have the plumbing redone. This is not a business anyone should use

DO NOT HIRE EDWARDS PLUMBING. This company is the worst! Unprofessional, use contractors with questionable knowledge and experience. Price gouging. Service fee is $46 when you call but when the plumber came to my house he charged me $96. The name of the fixture was stamped on the faucet "Sears". Yet the 2 plumbers they sent out could not identify the make of faucet and insisted I had to completely replace the faucet and valves for $800. It was a circus. The service manager, Tom yelling at me over the phone. After 2 weeks of that nonsense, I called Mike's Plumbing. He had the parts in his truck and fixed the drip in less than 30 minutes. No service fee, reasonable charge. I would rate Edwards Plumbing less than 1 star if I could. I highly recommend Mike's Plumbing. He is professional and knowledgeable. He did not price gouge me. Edwards ripped me off for $96.

I had a leaking sink. They were outrageous in their price. They were there for 20 minutes and charged almost $250 including 2 water lines that don't cost more than $15. Even if the quality is the best on the planet they are not worth $700 an hour. Find someone else.

We hired Edwards Plumbing to replace sewer line to the street in Ypsilanti. They messed it up in two different ways. First, they permanently closed (with cement) a drain before letting the insurance adjuster check the necessity of the work, which affected our insurance claim. Then we found out later, when the drains started backing up again, that they did not do the work for which they were hired. They failed to replace the sewer line all the way to where it meets the City's line, and failed to have the City come inspect. And because the City did not inspect it, it did not replace the portion of the line for which it is responsible that is backing up. The end result is that we need to hire another company to come finish the job and coordinate with the City so that it is done right, because Edwards Brothers is denying responsibility for their substandard work and refusing to fix it.

This is about the Dearborn location. I wish I could rate this lower than 1 star. Had appt for 3/2/16 between 10 and 1. I called in the early am to verify appt due to snow yesterday. I was advised that a tech would still be out in spite of the weather. At 1:05 got a call saying tech was running late and would be here in 30 minutes. I called back 45 minutes later and got some young girl who was rude. She stated that tech were running behind due to snow and the street conditions. I told her that I would give them 15 more minutes to get here or I would leave the house. She advised that she would not send he tech if I would not be home. A few minutes later the tech called and said he was running late. I decided to not have him come out today since I could not wait around any longer because he was supposed to be here in a 3 hour window. He was under the impression he was to come out and do a job when I was only scheduled for an estimate. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

My experience with this company was awful. They charged me double the original quote, and the workmanship was terrible. I had to have the work they did reworked. I wouldn't recommend them to work on a dog house.

I had Dan come out, several times for different jobs and each time he saved the day. My home had shotty, rigged plumbing prior to me moving in and Dan was patient and stayed later than planned to finish jobs. He caught problems my home inspector missed! Highly recommend!

My sump pump went out. I call them at 2:00 am and they come out right away. I was so scared i have the water damage. My basement is finished. No company will answer phone. I am so happy to find this company. They answer right away and send someone to my home. I have a new sump pump and they stayed longer to help me clean my basement. Very good service.

This is the best plumbing company I have every encountered. I had three estimates for a repipe and sewer replacement. The first estimate was really cheap and the other super high. This company was right in the middle but they held my hand every step of the way. They even called to make sure I was absolutely happy with the service before the technician was even out of my driveway. Best service I have ever had with a home service. I will be telling everyone i Know to use them

Terrible experience. Called in the morning and was told a technician would be out between 3 and 5pm. Called back at 5 and was told I would recieve a call back. On call back was told that the technician was in Chelsea and was assured that he would be sent out as soon as he was done with the job he was on. Received a call from the technician at 6:30 who tried to diagnose the problem on the phone and tell me how to fix it. I finally asked if he was on his way and he said he would not be coming out at all. A totally wasted day when I could have tried to find someone else.

DO NOT use Edward's Plumbing and Heating unless you want to be ridiculously gouged, lied to, and ignored. They charged us almost $100 to identify the source of a leak. There were no repairs, and the visit took 10 minutes. When we complained to management (which took multiple calls), they said the wrong diagnostic fee had been applied and that we would be refunded a significant amount. No refund ever came, and when we attempted to contact them once again (six weeks later), we were promised a return call that never came. Clearly they do not care about customer service. Will never use again.

I live in the Downriver area and called about issues with my basement toliet and floor drain. The woman over the phone was polite. Within an hour, a friendly and helpful man did a detailed check on all the plumbing. Everything was fixed within a reasonable time and the cost was fair. I would def recommend this company to friends and family.

These guys were so great replacing my hot water tank. They came in, removed the old one & replaced with a brand new one all within 1 hour. Incredible. They were on time, fast & clean. These guys did an excellent job & would strongly recommend them.

My husband was having health issues at the time and the fact that you handled everything for us was a God send and I was able to concentrate on my husband.
