Genny, the owner is helping us plan our early 40th anniversary trip for this summer. She is very knowledgeable about Europe and especially Italy. She has helped us book our cruise, transfers and trains. She also given us recommended excursions. She has worked with our budget to make the most for our money. She has also been very patient with questions and changes. I know that some of this can be done thru the internet but I found it comforting to talk with someone that has been there. My only concern was that we were only given a few days notice when the balance was due for the cruise - a few more days notice would have been nice. I would use her again.
