I hired Electronics World to come out and fix my 1 year old big screen TV. They came in a timely manner, however I was told the TV needed a new ballast and lamp. They returned with the material and installed it. Months later I was having the same problem. I called a different company. They also arrived quickly. When the technician opened the back of the TV he called me over to see. I couldn't believe my eyes!!!!! The idiot that was there the first time installed the lamp, but rather then using the piece that holds the lamp in place, he used card board that he smashed up. This put an angle on the lamp that made my TV unrepairable! This also was a severe fire risk! If you value your electronics and your life, DON"T USE THESE PEOPLE!
