I had to write a review to help prevent this from happening to someone else. We purchased our Knicks tickets through Elite Class two months prior to our trip to New York. Three hours before the game, luckily I checked my email no one called us, and found out the e-tickets we had been issued a few days earlier had been canceled by the season ticket owner. I called the box office and was informed the owner JONATHAN RIBASTE had called and canceled our tickets to transfer to someone else. I called Zac at Elite Class who helped me get tickets to the game that night that were emailed 30 minutes before tip off! Naturally they were not even close to as good of seats as we originally purchased. After the game, I contacted Zac who told me to email the person who sent me the new crappier seats. Suprise, no response. I have notified the NY Knicks season ticket office who said they will most likely cancel this guys tickets for abuse, but that does not get me reimbursed. Zac even said they have had this problem before with this guy but yet continue to do business with him? I have emailed Zac to see if he can correct it. Luckily for me one of my clients is a District Attorney and he informed me how to pursue this company if they do not resolve. I will give them a chance to correct first. It is not about the money, i hate getting ripped off and hopefully they won't do this to someone else.

Provided by YP.comNobody should buy tickets from Elite Class Tickets. They are a scam and not legit. I purchased tickets to a Lakers game and when I attempted to enter the arena I was told that they tickets were fake and had been reported stolen buy the owner of the season tickets. So not only was I out the original amount of the tickets I bought but I had to buy more expensive tickets just to get in the game. I have since emailed this so called Zach guy and to my surprise his email address is not valid and I got a return to sender email. Also I tried searching for the website and it doesnt exist anymore either. If any one else has had dealings with this company and had some success getting their money back please e-mail me at [email protected]. I want to take this company down and get my money back and also prevent anyone else from getting scammed.

Provided by YP.comI did purchased tickets via TICKET LUCK web site for an ice hockey match in Madison Square Garden. Tickets have been shipped via FEDEX! To my surprise these tickets have been sold by ELITE CLASS TICKETS.COM.
This is how our troubles started on Feb 20th 2011:
When we got to Madison Square Garden, we have given our tickets for scanning. We've been told that our tickets can not be accepted and we have to speak to their manager. We went to see the manager for client relationships at Madison Square Garden. He explained to us that tickets have been re-issued twice and that he is not able to help us out. We've been standing there like two idiots and could not believe what we've just heard!!!
I did not understand how it could happen that tickets for the same seats are issued twice! It means, that someone else was already sitting on our seats and enjoying the match.
I have been trying to resolve our issue with ZACH JENNINGS - VICE PRESIDENT SALES from ELITE CLASS TICKETS. He has not respond on any of my emails and I did speak to him three times so far. He has told me he will look into it, but nothing has happened. Obviously, he does not want to remember anything because they already have got our money $310!!!!
I am already in touch with my solicitor and he will get in touch with American Arbitration Association and Better Business Bureau and report our problems with Elite Class Tickets.
Someone should really do something about it because other people will get hurt!!!!

Provided by YP.comFirst off, I didnt even purchase the tickets from Elite Class Tickets. I purchased them through TicketSeating.com. Come to find out that TicketSeating.com is a host site, and put Elite Class Tickets offerings on their site. I get a confirmation e-mail telling me that Elite class was my seller, and the contact person was NOAH GRASSI the person below who also wrote a review of this company....fishy isnt it!
So I called Elite the night I made the purchase to make sure everything was fine. He said they have nothing on file, HOWEVER the money was taken out of my account. He, Zack, told me to give it an hr and i would receive my confirmation e-mail. NEVER GOT IT. Then I called him back he claimed that I would b on hold for up to 30 mins as he fixes the problem. I wait. He claims he would call me back at the end of the business day.... NEVER DID
WITH MY MONEY and no guarntee my tickets were on my way to me, I had to CALL ELITE BACK MYSELF to see what was going on. Zack claimed he didnt tell me he would call me back. He gave me a different tracking number and said my tickets would b sent overnight in the mail. After I told him that I would like my money back he rudely said ALL SALES ARE FINAL SELL THEM TO YOUR FRIENDS. Which I didn't know because I didn't give my credit card information to ELITE I gave it to TICKETSEATING.COM!
My lawyer is now involved, and he was hanged up on when trying to reach ELITE
There is no way of tracking orders on their site, no way of speaking to a representative via the website NOTHING.
I am a recent college grad, with not alot of money, and these people SCAMMED ME!! I don't even believe their tickets are real, and I refuse to be embarassed at Madison Square Garden not being able to get into the event, or SOMEONE else is in my seats!
I also will be contacting the District Attorney and the Better Business Bureau if i do NOT receive MY MONEY BACK! I already contacted my bank, so they KNOW who they are if they try to pull something else or if I get the tickets and they come up INVALID! THESE PEOPLE NEED TO NOT BE IN BUSINESS!
I would GIVE IT ZERO STARS IF I COULD!

Hello, I distinctly remember speaking on the phone with you this morning as well as your banker from CitiBank. As we discussed ma'am, once the tickets are purchased, all sales are final and this is an industry standard for every ticket re-seller. Moreover, as you ordered your tickets only a few days prior from today for an event in March, we indicated that the tickets would be sent to you within 7 days unless you needed them urgently (for a gift or such). You indicated that this was alright. As we discussed on the phone, you will receive your tickets within the time frame that we mentioned. Provided by YP.comDo NOT order tickets from Elite. We ordered Lakers tickets through them. When we went to the venue, we found out the tickets were INVALID. They were re-prints, and we couldn't get in. Very disappointed!! When I asked for a refund from Elite, I was told by the VP, Zach, that he would call back by the end of the business day. The next day, still waiting......Why are they still in business?? No room for crooked dealings ever.

Provided by YP.comI ordered hockey tickets for my sister for the Holidays. They never arrived. I called Elite twice, but both times they said they were unable to fully help me because someone was out of the office. I was promised a response the following morning which never happened. I wrote two emails that were never responded to.
I would not recommend this vendor.
I apologize for the inconvenience. We sent your tickets to you via fedex overnight and you were provided a tracking number as well. I would be more than happy to resolve your issue or provide a refund/discount. Zach

Provided by YP.com5 stars the people over at Elite tickets made it easy to find tickets to a justin bieber concert in my city b/c it was near impossible to get any regardless of how much I was willing to spend but they got me some great seats for not to much cash.

Provided by YP.comI love the the New York Rangers and this company had the best seats at madison square garden, better than all of the other major ticket companys that I've looked at online, and trust me I've look at them all !! I'm not a big fan of basket ball but my buddys flew in from L.A and wanted to see a Nicks game so I called the guy that helped me with my Ranger tickets he gave me his extension incase i ever needed anything which was cool because it was more personal, he ended up hookin me up with 4 Nicks tickets great seats and actually helped me arrange a hotel room by the arena for my buddys bachelor party, I was very impressed the only negative thing i could say about them is there website needs a little work but they said there about to realse a whole new website.

Provided by YP.comElite Class Tickets got me tickets to the lakers game when no one else could because the game was sold out not only that I got center court 5 row seats for near nosebleed prices, the customer service was superb they treated me like a vip b/c usually when i buy tickets from other business they rush me and im on hold for an hour. I'm buying my tickets here from now on! O yeah not only do they have sporting tickets but they have everything broadway tickets in New York to Las Vegas show tickets!
