I would caution others before doing business with this company. A few red flags for me..... They have not had a working phone number for a few weeks so I can only contact them via email. They will not provide an invoice describing when the lawn was mowed and price per mow. Below is a compliant I filed with the BBB on 5/15/14.

I contacted the company to inquire about a $270 charge made to my credit card. I asked for an invoice describing the charges since the charges seemed high to me. I have dealt with other lawn service companies in the past, and invoices like this are commonplace and are generally provided even if the company is not asked to provide such documentation. It took a few emails to get a response. When I finally got a response, the invoice provided was not helpful since it just said $260 for lawn service and $10 for a fuel surcharge. I asked for additional details like what dates did you service my yard and what was the price per mow. Bryan Dempsey of Emerald GrassScapes said that this was too much work to provide and that he would cancel my service and provide a refund. By this time, my credit card was billed another $200 for work to take place the following month.

After 2 business days, I had yet to see the promised refund so I followed up with them via email. After not getting a refund or a response within 5 business days, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. The company's response was a threat to file a lien on my house even though I agreed to pay for services rendered if they could provide a proper invoice. We were originally charged $65 to mow the entire yard, but were promised a discount since we only asked for our front yard to be mowed. The company claims to have mowed 7 times, but I only counted 4 times. I asked for exact dates, but they have yet to provide me that information and I still do not know the price per mow.

Finally, the company has been extremely difficult to work with. I would not think a detailed bill/receipt should be asking for too much as a consumer that is charged over $200 a month.
