This was the worst move I have ever been a part of. The movers were 3 hours late. Didn't call me to tell me they were going to be late- I had to call them. I was never told that having an afternoon appointment could mean that the movers would be late. I was given nothing but excuses and no action. Eventually they promised me they would be there by 3:30pm (2.5 hours late) cause we had someone else lined up to help us at that point but we stuck with BumbleBee cause they said they would be there and yet, they didn't get there until after 3:30. They took FOREVER moving. One of the movers was clearly new at the job and was a liability. It wasn't even a full house move. We had them move 6 items and it took them FOUR HOURS!! And we only moved two miles away. They caused us so much headache and problems on the day of the move it was ridiculous. I should have NEVER used this company. The entire day was a disaster because of them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY!
