This company sucks, please do not call this company. I called them to fix my elevator, even though I told them the problems and the type of my elevator in advance but they said oh we do everything. two guys came and checked the elevator, the wires were disconnected, and the cable was twisted. then they said we can not fix it today and they left even it did not take 25 minutes. next day I got charged $421. Then I called the company what was that charge for, they said oh you are not our contractor, we charge for 3 hours other people even if we just make a quick stop . never accept any proposal from this company, EMR Elevator, INC. is not a good idea to go with . they wrote on their service sheet LEFT WITHOUT SERVICE and they charged me $421. Her name was Nancy from Arlington TX the one whom I contacted and sent me the Technicians from and then she said oh you are not our contractor that is why I charged you $421. just for nothing.
