My computer was fixed through the internet by Encompass Computing. I am not sure how they did it but it was completely hassle free and very quick. Last year at Best Buy I waited in line for 40 minutes for them to tell me it was going to be around $200 dollars to "try" to fix it. This was the most painless experience dealing with Encompass.

Encompass saved my butt when my computers hard drive crashed. They retrieved all my baby pictures and put them on dvd for me! Five Stars!
