I was told by my mechanic at Pewaukee Firestone that I needed to repair or replace the transmission in my 1998 VW Jetta, they did not offer that service and refered me to Engine and Transmission Exchange on West Ave. I called and spoke to one of the service guys and I was able to get my car right in. It was Friday and I would be without a car until they could check it on Monday. They offered me a FREE loaner car to use until my car was done. I had an extended service contract on my car and ETE took car of eveything. I was very satified with their level of service.
