equifax is a joke they take your money and when you try to speak to someone in person all you get is some critter that doesnt even speak english .there is no doubt in my mind now how easy it is to ruin someones credit and then the inocent has such a hard time repairing the damage.equifax should be shut done and the executives be placed in prison for the damage they cause.

I had a chance to use the identity protection program of Equifax for about a year. The cost per month was what was advertised, I felt protected as I live in Georgia and dealing with a Georgia firm, and after a year decided that the threat had passed and cancelled the product. I recommend the company, the product and their service. Hopefully I do not have to use such a service in the future, but if so will certainly contact Equifax.
