Nick and Brenda at Kozik and Assoc. were miracle workers for my family when we were left to sort out our parents' estate. We interviewed a few estate liquidation services and Kozik and assoc. stood head and shoulders above the others.They rolled up their sleeves, sorted , organized and priced all items. They took the time to research items to determine the correct value. They managed a well run estate sale, made better by their advertising - they have a huge emailing list and the sale was totally swamped on the first day, as well as the two following sale days. After the sale was over, they provided an itemized list of all items which sold for over 20.00. (The other companies offered only a sales total, without any evidence of what large ticket items actually sold for.) Compared to experiences that some of my friends have had with estate liquidation, I feel that we really were fortunate to have this company. We made much more money than we expected to but the real prize was the kindness and consideration that Nick and Brenda showed our family. They were thoughtful and considerate of the treasures, some valuable and others worthless, that my parents accrued over 64 years of a happy life together.
