This is the SORRIEST excuse for a company I have EVER had to deal with. To start things off, this place fixed my car without even telling me first. Then called me with a $400 bill. Which was roughly a $200 dollar job! They were INCREDIBLY unprofessional all the way up to the owner. When I finally got a chance to speak wit the owner the conversation ended with her screaming at me “GET YOUR LAWYER” and hanging up. When the whole time I’m trying to find a silver lining. I WOULD RECOMMEND NOBODY USE THIS SERVICE! EVERYTHING about this company is disgusting. The owner couldn’t even tell me the name of the $60 part she claims she had to spend $130 on.

Second transmission job by this shop, quoted a price that was a little steep for my budget , turn out to be a less serious job not having to drop the transmission. bringing the cost down to a third of the original quote saving me a whole lot , highly recommend these people . Refreshing in a crazy world.

Highly recommended! Service was amazing, prices were honest and fair. My car broke down late at night, and someone arrived almost immediately to stay with me and assure that a tow truck was on the way. The driver's name was Danny, and he is an incredibly patient, genuine, and considerate person. He turned a frustrating experience into one I am now very grateful for. Evans Automotive has earned my respect and loyalty- I will rely on them (and only them!) for any roadside assistance I find myself in need of between Richmond, VA and Raleigh, NC.
