I found this company on Angie's list. I chose them because of their outstanding reviews! It was easier to schedule via phone. They arrived on time and the service they provided was amazing. I am on the schedule for on going service.

My wife purchased the 5 3 hour sessions from groupon for Excel. At first we had an issue getting through on the phone lines. It took about a week before we got a call back. Tara called us to schedule our appointments. She was very friendly and professional. She apologized for not getting back to us and explained that they had gotten a very big response with the groupon. We have used 4 of our 5 groupons and each time have dealt with Tara and her customer service skills are great, if for some reason she was not available to answer our call when we called, she always called us right back. I have read a few reviews that mention her and wanted to give our experience as well. Now as far as the cleaning side of my review, I would recommend excel to all of my friends and family. Their cleaners are always professional and friendly. They do a wonderful job and not only does my home always look 100% better it smells wonderful too! Excel Cleaning is easy to work with and I feel that the owner and Tara both go out of their way to make their customers happy!

I wish I would have had the opportunity to actually rate their cleaning services; however, after 2 months of trying to schedule appointments and then two no-shows with no answers to my calls, I gave up. I was very disappointed that they seem so unorganized and there is no customer service. I am currently seeking a refund for my Groupon that I purchased for this service. I will not sacrifice one more day off from work for this company.

This has to be the best cleaning service that I have come across. They are detailed oriented, great customer service, and they always put how I feel first. I love it!
