We rented the hummer limo for my daughters 15th birthday. Prior to the event We were told by office staff that we could eat inside the limo but the day of the event the driver refused to let us bring food inside the limo. We ended up losing close to an hour because of this. I did call the office to complain but as far as I know nothing happened.

You get what you pay for and more. These guys were on top of it. First, when I called to check out rates, they were the only company that was nice and helpful on the phone. After I made my reservation I got a confirmation emailed to me with in minutes. The driver showed up at my house early and he was very professional. He opened the door for us to get in and get out of the car, helped us with our luggage, and the vehicle was exceptionally clean! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants excellent transportation service.

They only get one star because it's not possible to give zero.... This place quoted a price then changed it when I called back... The driver was late and the person on the phone was rude

I used Executive to pick up family members from the airport during the holidays and was very impressed with their attention to detail. Both flights we had them meet had significant delays due to weather. They not only monitored the flights, but kept us informed every step of the way. When our family members finally arrived at LAX, they were met by a friendly and professional driver who drove them in comfort and safety back to our home in Santa Barbara. Since then we have used them twice and they continue to exceed our expectations in customer service and professionalism.

my family from out of town wanted to go on a wine tour, so I call Executive limousine to see what they offer....well, my family was very impressed and we had a fantastic time.....I recommend them for anyone who wants the best of the best, thanks
