I used this shuttle a year ago. I made it clear when I booked that I handle my own baggage and this was written on the slip. The old driver had a picture of a grandchild making it clear her grandpa should get a tip. He tried to grab my baggage when I was lifting it out and tried to make me feel guilty by projecting a lot of anger. It was nothing but a guilt trip and a projection of entitlement.

A very solid, consistent service, willing to help with luggage, and always helpful, even when flights are delayed. The multi-ride coupon card gave me a free trip, too.

Customer service at the Express Shuttle counter at the Salt Lake City Airport is NOT very helpful or nice. I was practically afraid to ask any questions, let alone request for a shuttle. The guy at the counter was so rude, barely looked up to acknowledge me or ask what I needed. Completely short with me and not very willing to help at all. Excuse me for trying to use your services. He needs some customer service training. Desperately. People like him are a horrible image to a company.
