Office is short staffed, The location doesn't answer the phone



I have been a customer for years.

When Kip moved to another facility, the fantastic customer service went with him.



The sales reps in a call center are quick to answer, but good luck after you become a customer trying to get the staff at this location to answer the phone



Jim Hammitt, the manger of the location on State Road 84 follows up on complaints to the corporate office.



Jim is a total jerk. Talking to Jim is exhausting and non productive.



I would suggest you write a letter to Karl Hass, at Extra Space Storage Corporate Office in Salt Lake city or call and ask for his secretary at 801-562-5556 and get his email address.



In my letter, I going to let them know that if it were my call, I would vote to discharge Jim and promote Kip to replace him.



(However, If they ever have a JERK OF THE YEAR, Jim Hammitt will get my vote)
