Let me preface by saying that I haven't moved yet, however, the customer service was phenomenal. David Ahoren at the main office where I booked my reservation took his time with me, was extremely friendly and thoughtful and found me a great deal on my storage space. Throughout the high stress of moving, it's great to know that there are people that are helpful, considerate and actually make your life much easier! I'll update my review once I move as well, but for now, they have 5 stars.
