The slide was picked up unannounced at 8pm. When it was suppose to be picked up that morning. The gentlemen was a jerk and didn't see a problem with showing up to our home at night going in our yard without even telling us he was there. Terrible attitude terrible customer service. Do not recommend to anyone.
