Well I would rate the a 2 star because of the lacking customer focus. I had one of their employees tell me to go away they were not open yet and close the door in my face. This was 3 min before they opened. I'll take my business else where!!!

The guys at Fairwinds have never ripped me off and have always treated me fairly. If being a monopoly means you are the only ones around that have something available, then I guess Fairwinds sort of is one, but they never abuse it. They are the only guys around that have the parts I need to keep my old Johnson running, and my little grandson is quite happier because of it. I always get my oil from them too. Great guys at Fairwinds.

I go to Fairwinds Marina often. They are a friendly, family business and always have the parts I need.

They think they have the monopoly in the area and will rip you off if they can. They have lousy mechanics that will boost the price on any thing. I live here and have used them because they are close but they are really not in the business of taking care of their customers.
