Don't waste your time here. Had been trying to get into this office for 3 months. Never got a call back, constantly transferred to voicemail. Finally was told today I couldn't be seen because I "already have a dr." Didn't know I had to keep one for life even when unhappy. Receptionists are nothing but lazy and rude.

Couldn't even get into the office. It has been three months that I have been trying to transfer and become a new patient, to no avail. First they did not let me know that I was missing paperwork for a month and a half. They sent it and I filled it out and sent it back. Was constantly sent to voicemail, told I would hear back at certain times or promised a call back and never got one once. Always had to call them. Then I ran out of my medications after two months and was in the ER. Was told to call by the ER nurse and that they would have to give me an appt quicker due to being in the hospital. Two weeks later and I couldn't even get the hospital follow-up receptionist on the phone. Finally gave up and made an appt with my old physician until I can find another. Today I received my FIRST call back from Baldwin and they told me they would not take me because "I already have a physician." Didn't realize I had to stay with one for the rest of my life even when I'm not happy or getting proper care. Receptionists are nothing but lazy and snotty. Do not waste your time with this awful place.

Dr Matt is one of the best dentist's in this area. He is very caring and kind to his patients. If you get nervous by going to a dentist, he is so patient and caring he helps put your mind at ease. His work is detailed and he makes sure you are comfortable during the whole procedure. Dr Matt is one if not the best dentist in this area!
