Brian is an arrogant PA! He has no bedside manner and treats his staff poorly. I have gone in there with my son and he has told me that we cannot use the restroom in the back because it was for the lab. What's the point in having a bathroom if it can't be used? Another time he basically told me I was stupid and knew nothing about what was wrong with my son. This place is unorganized and the staff are unprofessional! Needless to say Urgent Care isn't any better, there has to be a better place where we can take our children in this town when they are ill....

I visited for a cut on my toe. I was prescribed antibiotics by a Dr. Hunt. She actually prescribed me a psychiatric for seizures. I took it not knowing. I had a martini with dinner and drove home from oKC weaving and confused to why that was. I had to go to the ER the next morning. I woke up crying, shaking, nauseated, dizzy, slurring and unable to walk. I discovered I had been taking a seizure med instead of anti biotic. The pharmacist told me to go to the ER. Be careful and check your meds twice. You never know what you'll get. I have not received even an apology from the convenient care staff. They could've killed me. And yet, they just obviously don't care.

I showed up at 11:30 on a Saturday and only waited 10 min in the lobby. Great staff that wasn't trying to rush me in and out. The doctor spent time talking to me before just rushing to judgement. I believe I spent more time at the pharmacy waiting on my prescriptions!

they have a nice staff but the wait is too long for saying it is convenient. I went there and there was 2 cars outside in the front and west side it still took 2 hrs dont go between 11am and 1pm because they are eating instead of waiting on patients. They need to get more organized to take care of patients in first come order also. Its like going to Dr. Turrentines office knowing you will be there all day, stopped that years ago, just not worth it
