My brother and I are a regular customer of farwest in Federal Way, WA. This morning at 5:00am I called farwest for service. I told the dispatcher I was ordering a cab for my brother... gave his first name... then dispatcher asked where he was going. I handed the telephone to him. Then dispatcher asked him his name, after I already told him. Dispatcher again asked my brother for his name, because I called my brother by his nickname instead of his first name. Dispatcher had a very very nasty disposition and told my brother 20-35 min. My brother stated that he did not trust the dispatcher and called back to inquiry about the time.. Dispatcher told my brother nothing was available and did not dispatch a cab, ... This was a customer mistreat, and the Worst customer service possible, he needs to be fired.....
