What Exactly Is A Bail Bond?A Bail Bond or Surety Bond, offers a defendant, a chance to get out of jail for little money because the Bail Bond Agency (Fast N' Furious Bail Bonds), contributes most of the cost in the form of a legal instrument, commonly referred to as a Bond. The Bail Bond involves a contract between the defendant, co-signer, and our Agency. The defendant and co-signers are both financially responsible for the full amount of the Bail if the terms of the contracts are not met. Additionally the defendant is further obligated to comply with all court appearances and Bail Conditions set forth by the court and Bond Contract.A Bail Bond is an alternative to posting the full Bail Amount to the court in cash. Although a simple process, the defendant merely shows up to his/her hearings and complies with his/her agreements, essentially assuring no further cost impact associated with the Bail Bond.

What Is The Bail Amount?Call Fast N' Furious Bail Bonds, and a Licensed Bondsman will verify the Bail Amount and call you back.Your Agent will then give you the Actual Cost for their release from custody or whether Bail has been determined yet.If no Bail has been set yet, your agent will give you the time and date, when the Bail Amount should be determined. How Is The Bail Amount Determined?Bail Amounts for various offenses are set by an established Bail Schedule or set by a Judge. Is Collateral Required?Yes, Collateral or security in some form is always given; something as simple as a signature is still a form of Collateral. While forms of Collateral are different in every case, it's usually dictated by the dollar amount of the Bail. Most people qualify for smaller Bail Amounts; the co-signers signature is usually all that is needed. The client and or co-signer is responsible to pay the full Bail Amount to the court. Only if the client fails to meet his/her court appearances / obligations, and therefore must show the ability to pay the full dollar amount of the Bail set by the court. Most anything can be used for Collateral, as long as its value is sufficient.Collateral is held in trust by Fast N' Furious Bail Bonds and returned when the court case is exonerated or completed, IE... final disposition of the case.
