Fat Daddy's Family Catering brings Southern Hospitality to your door. We offer smoked and grilled chicken bone in or without, smoked or grilled pork (chops, shredded shoulder, and ribs), beer can chicken, brisket with apple and onion BBQ sauce you will love, and smoked turkey boneless or whole. We also offer great new twists on old Italian favorites such as smoked meatballs on top of spaghetti or as a meatball sub. We also can do variations on Fettuccine and Lasagna. When it comes to sides skies the limit almost anything you want we can make especially old southern favorites. Desserts will make your mouth water especially if you get our signature Chocolate Eclair Cake.
