I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy. We carry a full coverage insurance policy with tow & rental from Farmer's Insurance Agency. We called Help Point (Farmer's Roadside Assistance) for a tow. We were told to meet the driver at 7:15 pm as the mechanical incident happened the evening before and my cellphone was dead. The driver showed up thirty minutes early, which is normally fabulous, except for the multiple voicemails left by the driver and the dispatch which were verbally abusive. All of this behavior was directed at my fiance, as I was not able to meet the driver personally. Her mother was present with her as well, and the driver, dispatch, and even supposed owner of this company were verbally abusive to both my fiance and soon to be mother-in-law. Furthermore; the driver did not give us any paperwork for receipt of the vehicle or delivery, and drove off without speaking to one of the policy holders (my fiance). Absolutely do not do business with this company, this is without a doubt one of the worst experiences I've had in my thirty two years.

The owner of this company is very rude and hateful. I have at&t roadside assistance and they contacted this company. I found out it was going to cost me more than the amount of money I had so I told them to forget sending them I will workout another way since the vehicle was at my inlaws place. The owner shows up yelling at me cause I did not say yes to pay something I did not have. He said I need to get in his truck and look at his bills for having the company. This is not a customers business and I just said I can not pay the amount asking. It is not right to show up to a house and yell at people for not going with that company. This owner is a arrogant person with no heart.
