Lindsey Felton and his helper came down from Jacksonville, and helped pack up my house in 2013. I had booked them through U-Haul's Moving Help site.



During this move, a few items were damaged including the door frame of the house.



My wrist watch (a $1400 gift I received 5 years prior, and something that practically never left my wrist for the entire 5 years) went missing this day. I had taken it off and placed it on my end table to help load a box. When they left, I noticed the watch was not on my end table where I place it every single night.



I did not immediately accuse them, but after I unpacked every single box to make sure it didn't fall in somewhere, I realized that the watch was no longer in my possession. A year later I still have not found it.



Please be careful with this company. A $200 move ended up costing me $2100 (moving fees, repair costs, and losing a non-replaceable gift). Get a background checked mover.
