The doctor ordered homecare from fidelity 8:00am on a wed. - we asked them to contact us as soon as possible, because my Mom really needed help. They called Friday and said that a nurse had not been scheduled yet. The nurse would be out monday. I explained to them that she needed help so they said a social worker could come out saturday, but no nurse till Monday and they would try to schedule an aide by tuesday. They did not seem to even be able to accomodate our days and times. To hear them talk they are there to help you when you need it, but really are they? Anymore they want to tell you when they will be out and you have to take their times. If they want your business, they should do much, much better at working with your days and times. They are trying to make it easier on themselves, to make you (the customer) work around their days and times. People need to be aware of this and go somewhere else. There are many companies out there.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY HOME NURSE KELLY. THE CARE I GOT WAS VERY GOOD.

I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE FACT THAT I GOT HOME IV MEDS I HAD TO PAY FOR . I GOT A SET OF 3 IN OCT, AND MY FIRST BILL IN NOVEMBER STATED I HAD TO PAY RIGHT AWAY OR BE TURNED OVER TO A COLLECTOR. I DID NOT EVEN GET A CHANCE TO PAY FOR THIS REASON I WOULD GIVE THEM A 1 STAR ONLY

I've found nothing worthy of recommendation for Fidelity. My medical supplies were often incorrect and late. They would repeatedly deliver supplies I didn't need and not deliver what I did need. The nurses were unreliable, always changing appointment times, and very poorly trained - improperly changing dressings and leaving me vulnerable to infection even when I showed them the manual from the manufacturer detailing how to do the procedure safely. Their customer service department is equally dismal, and when I complained about the lack of proper training and refusal of the nurse to change the dressing safely they discontinued their services. I urge consumers with home medical needs to stay away from Fidelity. They can't be trusted to take proper medical care.
