Good doctor but staff needs improving. When it comes to the receptionist, setting an appointment can be a task. You have a feeling that the receptionist is setting the schedule for her needs , kinda like “how dare you not take what is offered’. The nurse on duty could also use some schooling on empathy. If you need a prescription called in you have a better chance of reaching the president. And I’m not talking about getting one filled after hours. But don’t fear, regardless of the complaint the doctor will give apologies each time, but improvements wont be made.
