I purchased a 7 hour limousine service from First Coast Limousine Inc. for my wedding in Aug’06. The driver and the limousine arrived at the pick up location in a TERRIBLE condition. The limousine's interior smelled like smoke and food and the leather interior was torn. I simply could not take that limousine to the most important event of my life. I contacted the Company and they said they could not supply me with another limousine. I sent the driver and the limousine back and did not use the service at all. The next day I called First Coast Limousine Inc. and they informed me that I will get a refund in a few days. They did not process the refund in the promised time frame. In fact it has been 22 months since my wedding and this issue is still pending. Do not select this company for your event as they are very unprofessional, unreliable and dishonest. You will not only get a bad service but also lose all your money in the process.

This limousine service is a scam and will keep your money beyond the agreed upon services. Don't trust anything - check out claims made against them at the Better Business Bureau
