I was treated like garbage, differently, and First Security Bank made mistakes and errors that cost me more than a few hundred dollars. The Executives are stupid white people who are ignorant, and cannot run a decent business or admit mistakes.



What bank would refuse accounts to customers....ones that dont want to stay in business, like in western montana.

We went to First Security Bank after a very bad experience with another bank that we had been with for years. Their staff is friendly and helpful, their online banking is easy to use. I absolutely love the free online bill pay. I can sit down and enter the bills as they come and schedule a payment. It is incredibly convenient for a busy lifestyle. If there happens to be a problem with our account, we can sit down and talk with them about it. They are very understanding and will take the time to help me find the mistake (it's always been mine). They have so many locations throughout Missoula and Montana that it is very easy to find an ATM that will be fee free, and I can do my banking no matter which side of Missoula I am on. I can't say enough about this wonderful bank and am so happy that we have found it. The difference between that and our last one is night and day.
