Actually the gentlemen that called was very irate because I failed to send him a cab when he couldn't understand that this taxi company cannot accept a Foodstamp card for transportation. I called to get information about the taxi company. he was very informative at the beginning, then I asked for his last name just for my mom could use it as a reference. at that time he become very rude and obnoxious. at that time I stated thank you for your time and he hung up on me. by the way his name was Vic something. all I can say is good luck with your service have somebody else answer the phone for you it's not your thing.
