The Sausalito houseboat community is the largest community of houseboats in the USA. There are several different docks/marinas/harbors that host the houseboats, with the majority found on Kappas and Waldo Point. The houseboats are an eclectic community and not one houseboat is like another. Colorful, eccentric and artistic, many are works of art themselves.
