Provided by YP.com2 1/2 years ago they installed a brand new A/C unit in my house which had a 10 year warranty and 3 year warranty on parts. Well the fan motor just went and they didnt want to honor my warranty and send the motor in under warranty because they did not want to have to pay for it so instead they ordered a new motor and charged me $561.00 for a new motor and an hour and half of their time and took the old motor to send in for warranty which means they made $561.00 off of me and they are getting the money back under the warranty! These people are scam artists, dont trust them! I wouldn't reccomend them to anyone EVER !!!!!
Just to clarify this situation, the customer had someone do work to the unit which voided the factory warranty. Prior to us arriving someone installed a generic fan motor and cut all of the factory wires. The unit manufacturer refused to honor the warranty due to this fact. This is not a case of not doing what we were supposed to do, this is someone trying to rig something up instead of doing it the right way and costing the customer money because of it.
