I called the business to inquire about my son's car being towed. I spoke to the "Owner" of the tow company. He was not helpful and very nasty to me on the phone. I simply wanted information on the tow and charges for the service. He actually hung up on me. He was short and mean. I can't describe it any other way. I sent a letter to the Better Business in Marathon and the City counsel about his demeanor. I would not use his service and would not recommend it to anyone.
