I had a terrible experience, their cabinets are not good quality and their installation is very poor

They don't stand behind their product or keep their word. My doors are not aligned and their marble installer cracked my countertop edge when installing. There are much better companies out there

Our project was just completed and we couldn't be happier with the results

I elected to have my kitchen done by Fl kitchen Cabinets after seeing the quality of the work in a kitchen they did for a friend. I am delighted with the final product of my kitchen.

We ordered the more expensive granite kitchen counter tops from these people because they promised to complete the job on Dec 9, a few days before we were to move into our new home. On 4 separate occassions they reconfirmed the date, but on 9th morning they did not show up and only called late in the morning to say they could not come as they had not finished manufacturing the material. They set a new date for 10th afternoon, but did not show up again and did not call to reschedule. On 12th morning they called to say they would come in and complete the job in a single day, but did only half the install, We had scheduled our move for 13th so we could not have the job completed the next day, and a weekend came after that so the job was actually completed on 16th, the date by which many other competing providers who were substantially cheaper said they would complete the job. The actual countertops were of good quality and well finished though the bar counter was not installed uniformly level at all ends.

Also, the installers took out electrical points and left them in a non working state due to a dislodged wire or some other cause.

A final point of dissatisfaction: the sales people promised over 10 times to provide a drawing showing the measurements on the basis of which we were charged almost $ 9000, but never did give us the drawing. We later discovered that we had been overcharged by at least $ 1800.

Wish we had researched this company a little better before giving them the job.
