I wanted to say THANK YOU, to your dispatch team and our wonderful drivers. After our cruise was extended when the Port of Miami was closed due to Hurricane Matthew, thinks got a little crazy but your crew took it all in stride and took excellent care of our whole group. We could not be more pleased. We would definitely use Florida Sunshine Shuttle again and we highly recommend. From start to finish this company knows what they are doing and how to do it.

We DO NOT recommend. Our flights did not connect. We stood on a dark side walk in a unsafe area using a pay phone trying to reach them. Called three times with no answer. Finally pushed threw and got a voice mail of "dispatch". Left a message. No shuttle ever picked us up. We ended up renting a car. I called and emailed. They have NEVER returned a call or an email. Took our money awful fast though. WARNING - DO NOT USE THEM. A guy at the airport said they are really bad about this kind of thing.
