As for anyone who has used a service, I would HIGHLY recommend this company! Not only was the serviceman knowledgable but nice and friendly! He repaired my washing machine. Ray was very honest and I would use him again. Brenda in the office was extremely nice and very helpful. Dependable and reasonable! Thanks!

They promised to have my part in 7 days, I called them and the receptionist stated she would call the service provider Jason and call me back, no callback. I called 2 more times and left messages, no callback. They have my money and I have now operational stove for my family for Xmas dinner. I called again their alternate number a cell phone, you could hear they were on a call with someone else cause of the beep, they disconnected my call. I called back and and left a message for Ray to call me back, no callback. They have my money but were still without a stove, i do not recommend anyone use this company due to their lack of customer service, no callbacks, and they just dont care. I give them a F-
