Our food is traditional favorites that everyone loves and the presentations for buffets and receptions will keep your guests talking. Bringing class to your kitchen. We are offering in home cooking classes in traditional comfort foods; American, Italian, French and Spanish cuisine from hors d oeuvres to desert. Most important are the unique and creative methods and techniques that are explained and demonstrated in detail. To create great food you need great methods! You will not be confused with unusual ingredients or time consuming recipes that you may try one time.

Methods Classes are also available such as Meat cutting, Sauces, All about soups, Hors d oeuvres Unique, Salads and Dressings, How to Saute, Braise, Sear, Steam. Grill and so much more, We cook and eat each course separately. There is no prep done in advance. We offer All hands on, partial hands on and demonstration classes with the option to join in. Dinner and a Show in your own home. Chef John Gargone formally the Resident Entertainment Chef of Kitchen Kitchen is now available to cook and entertain your guests while preparing a three to six course meal. While you are enjoying the first course John will prepare the second course. Chef John just loves to cook while entertaining and doing the ala carte dance while making it look easy. His knife skills alone are guaranteed to blow you away. Chef John is recorded in Ripleys Believe it or Not for slicing a cucumber into 36 even slices in 3.5 seconds while blindfolded.

You will see several items cooking at the same time while Chef John shares his formula for serving everything hot at the same time. A unique form of entertainment for birthdays, special events, family gatherings and all occasions. Chef John will show you the real world of cooking. No preparation is done in advance. Cook and Chop!
