They did not stand behind their quote. After accepting their proposal, we had trouble getting a response to schedule the work. Finally caught someone and while confirming the date, had the “Oh by the way” We left something off and will have to add it. This was a 60% increase in their quote. Not a small error. Spoke to Gregg Nourie. His position was very casual. Basically did not care that he made an error. I asked if there were other things that he may have missed and if so would they be added after the job started, he said well of course. At that point I was done with Gregg Nourie and tried to call Greg Blake. Not getting a response from him. These guys have no credibility and worse, don’t care!
