Four County Counseling Center is a behavioral health care facility offering a wide range of mental health care to individuals. It provides residential and the semi-independent living programs offering a variety of services, such as meals preparation, transportation and medication monitoring. Four County Counseling Center offers day treatment therapies to patients with chronic psychiatric and emotional disabilities. It provides various services that include outpatient services and community support and addictions programs. The center is approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Four County Counseling Center is located in Logansport, Ind.
