Everyone else is crazy. Fowler's is amazing and everyone is always so nice!

Biggest Complaint... The delivery guys stole my wife's rings worth over $2,000. They asked to use the bathroom and rummaged through my wife's jewelry. It never occurred to us to hide all our valuables when someone needed to use the bathroom.

We spoke to Fowlers and there was nothing they could do. We spoke to the police, who said one of the delivery guys has a record of stealing, but there was nothing they could do but talk to the guy.

Next, we were told by Fowlers we would have in-house financing. We no sooner walk out the door and they send our financing to Regency financial, a third party vendor. We have great credit, but they told us one thing and did another.

Lastly, we bought a Catnapper couch (supposedly a great brand), and it hasn't worked properly since we got it.

Go to Fowlers if you wish, but go in with your eyes wide open.

I Would Not Recommend. The people who work at Fowlers treat their customers poorly. Not a very pleasant place to shop for furniture. They need to learn to smile and look you in the eye.

These people are a JOKE!!! The owners are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and COWARDS. I just moved here from Los Angeles, and went in to get Living Room, Dining Room, and 2 bedrooms full of furniture. They told me they have inhouse financing, and 12 months same as cash. My sales lady informed me they approved just about anyone and talked me into applying. I informed her in 2010 I filed for Chapter 7, however I have bought 3 cars since, paying them all off never missing a payment, have a Discover card - never late, have a Capital One credit card - never late, over $13,000 in student loans, - paid in full with zero balance and account closed. They ran my credit even after knowing I JUST moved there 2 days prior, THEY DENIED ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

FOWLERS IS A SHADY BUSINESS THAT WILL RIP YOU OFF. THEIR FURNITURE IS SLIGHTLY BETTER THEN JUNK AND IS WAY OVERPRICED. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SKIP THIS FURNITURE STORE.
