I waited two hours for them to come during a time when it did snow. Needed to send my aunt some money at CVS because she was hungry. They decided after two hours because of the run it was not worth it to them. And for coming out here I was gonna surprise the driver with a 20 dollar tip including my cab fair round trip. They missed that blessing. Never again will I deal with them.

Terrible.. no show. I called back and I was told "the guy was already out there and nobody was around." Bold-face lie! I was standing, looking out the window waiting for the guy. He said, "well the guy must have lied to me then, it'll be a while before I can get someone back out there..." No, "I'm sorry", nothing. Walk before you use these guys!!
