frank & sons appliance repair is TRULY a family owned and operated. Period. I do not support companies out there that claim to be "family owned and operated" but what they really are - greedy businesses that don't value your business and do not appreciate you as a customer. Now, with frank & sons appliance, it is the opposite. I was very pleased to find out that they actually ARE local, that hey actually ARE a small family business, and that they DO value your business and CARE for their customers. And OUR DUTY is to support these kind of businesses.

A little about what they did:



My refrigerator was acting up, and I had to do something about it. I scheduled my appointment online and received a 20% off coupon instantly, which really saved me a LOT of money. I scheduled it for the next day between 9 and 12 and sure enough, Frank was out here exactly at 9 a.m. He spent about 20 minutes and diagnosed the problem with my fridge. I gave him the coupon, and he gave me an estimate which to my surprise was not expensive AT ALL. He came back the next day to install the parts. When he finished the job, my fridge was working like brand new! Thank GOD I called this Frank & sons, and not some kind of rip-off company that would take advantage of my situation.



Just like the other reviews say, I am will use them again in the future for my kitchen or laundry appliance problems. Thank you SO MUCH.

Definitely go with these guys! I had a problem with my dryer and had no idea what was wrong with it. It would turn on but not heat my clothes. So, I called them up thinking it would take them a couple of days to come out. Fortunately for me, they were able to come out within 2 hours. How great is that? So, the tech shows up, tells me that the dryer needs an ignitor and says he has one in his van. He replaces the part and tells me that there is a 5-Year warranty on it. Overall, I am happy, my wife is happy and I am definitely gonna call this company for any appliance problems.

My lg fridge broke the other day and i called frank & sons appliance repair to come out and fix it. I was very happy to find out that the technician could come out the same day and i wouldn't have to lose my food. Frank came out, was very polite and intelligent. He said that the compressor is dead and he has just the right one for me in his truck. I agreed for repairs and he installed the part. I was very pleased to and satisfied. I will call them for my appliance problem needs.
