I can tell you that our two bathrooms look a whole lot cleaner and brighter since Frank of Franklyn Fabulous Tubs-N-Stuff came and re-glazed our seriously ugly bathroom tiles. There was nothing wrong with the tiles themselves. They were installed beautifully and they ar of a product of days gone by. They are in great condition.

But oh, the color!!!! That horrible Texas Tea yellow. It made everything look and feel dirty. Frank did a bang up great job! The one picture does not do the bathroom justice.

Pros: Reasonably priced. Answered all my questions. He arrived on time both days, and his level of expertise and professionalism in unsurpassed. Frank even made a repair to one of the tiles, too! It really does take 24 hours to dry, NOT the 48+ hours it takes for the DIY product you can buy at Lowe’s or Home Depot.

Con: Frank warns you from the onset....Re-glazing tiles is a smelly process, that does linger if you do not vent the space. You gotta vent your space.....! I would suggest staying overnight at a friend’s or in a motel.

Overall, we are thrilled with the results!
