I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Find another repair shop if at all possible!! Three+ weeks later and I still do not have my tractor. The shop procrastinated with my warranty company for two weeks. It was finally determined that I would have to pay out of pocket. Today makes week four. I brought my payment down to the shop early morning and was told that my tractor would be ready by noon, then 2, then 3 and now they are saying I need an additional part which will not be ready until 7:30 p.m. In addition to that, the price has increased from what I was originally quoted. I will never bring my tractor here again and most certainly will not recommend this shop to anyone else. Two thumbs down; bad service.

Freightliner in Hagerstown MD is top notch. We had a problem with Austin Freightliner and was getting a huge run around. Dan Harp from Hagerstown got involved problem solved and back on the road again! They are a class A outfit. I highly recommend them. Thanks Hagerstown Freightliner!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! The tow truck driver warned my husband about this place but he was in a bind and had good service at other Freightliner shops - not the case here! They quoted him a price to tear apart the engine in order to figure out what was wrong, gave him a quote to fix it - he said just put it back together - they ended up charging him almost 4 times the amount of tearing it apart and their idea of putting it back together was to shrink wrap all of the parts on a pallet and stick it on the back of the truck - but they said it was a fair price for the work they did! They do not care about drivers or their customers. I am not against a company making a profit - but screwing the customer is not the way to do it!

Beware of Hagerstown, MD Freightliner! They bill for more hours of labor than they actually put in...even billed through their lunch period. The manager refuses to give an itemized statement, accounting for those hours. And while you are discussing the bill, he has two of his men block your vehicle in, so you can not move it.

WE HAD A HOT GOVERNMENT LOAD AND BROKE DOWN. SHOP MANAGER AND 2 TECHNICIANS STAYED TILL 3:30AM TO FIX THE TRUCK...THEY ARE SUPPOSSED TO CLOSE AT 11:30PM. COULDNT BELIEVE PEOPLE STILL CARE ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE. PRICE WAS RIGHT AND THE WORK WAS GREAT. RECOMEND TO EVERYONE WE SEE. BEST DEALER WEVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!

Beware of this Hagerstown Md Freightliner, they do not honor their warranties.
