This taxi service used to be good compared to others, however, just recently took it, ordered the taxi 40minutes before to make sure we would not be late...after 25 minutes no taxi had come wven though the operator said it would not be more than a few minutes as we are located close to the depot. Called the operator twice more, taxis did not show up, finally after another call, taxi 71 showed up, but was dropping other people off up the road from us, we talked to him and he said he would come straight back, INSTEAD he picked up two people who had just come out of their shipyard a few meters up from us and then ignored our protests! Finally called again and a taxi turned up 50 minutes after our first call, the driver was terrible, had his handbrake on the entire time so we were jerking the whole way, incorrect use of signalling and could not understand english as we were trying to help him with merging, but he did not understand. Needless to say we were very late and did not tip! Operator was also rude, kept hanging up when all he needed to do was tell us if the line was busy.
